We do our best to offer our most popular prints to meet your demand. However, we love getting inspiration for new pieces from people like you. If you have an idea of something you would like to see, please feel free to send us a message.
I want something unique. Do you do commissions?
Yes, we do, but because of the time involved to make a custom piece of art it is difficult for us to meet the demand. We are looking to expand our team to get wonderful artists to help us make authentic pieces. Until then we can add you to our waitlist. We would love to work with you to create art specially designed for you. Send us a message for more details.
Do you sell digital files of the art?
No, unfortunately we do not sell digital files of the art.
Can I order larger sizes or print on other media?
Behind the scene, we are working to expanding on our offerings to meet your demand. This includes:
- Printing in larger sizes
- Printing on canvas
- Offering framed prints
- Printing on t-shirts, or other items
We do not have a timeline of when these options will be available, but we promise that we are working on it.
I placed my order. When will I receive it?
Each Vichaar & Prem piece is individually printed for you! Sometimes we hold inventory of popular pieces, but most of the time we will print-on-demand. This means it may take up to 7-8 days to print your order before we can pack it with love and ship it to you.
For US orders, please allow 3-5 days for shipping. For international orders, please allow up to 5-10 days.
With COVID-19 precautions in place, all carriers are experiencing delays in shipping. This is unfortunately out of our control so please be patient when waiting for your order. Please account for these delays when placing time-sensitive orders, like gifts.
Uh-oh, can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once sent to printing. Please send us an email within 24 hours of the order or as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org to see if your order can be cancelled or modified.
Hai Ram! My prints came damaged. What do I do now?
We do our best to safely pack all of our prints to prevent damage during shipping. If your package was damaged, please send us a message right away at email@example.com. Please include a picture of the damage so we can see what went wrong.
We do not take returns, but we can try to make it right by offering a refund or replacing your order.
